Η ακυρωτική πολιτική που ακολουθείται είναι:

Για ακύρωση έως και τις 25 Σεπτεμβρίου 2025 θα επιστραφεί το 100% του ποσού που έχει καταβληθεί. Μετά από αυτή την ημερομηνία δεν μπορεί να γίνει επιστροφή του ποσού.

Η οργανωτική επιτροπή ουδεμία ευθύνη φέρει για ακυρωτικά αεροπορικών ή ακτοπλοϊκών εισιτηρίων και διανομών.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy followed is:

For cancellations up to 25 September 2025, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. After this date no refund will be granted.

The organizing committee bears no responsibility for cancellation fees of air- or ferry tickets and accommodation.
