Hosting Marina

From the Start

The port of Mandraki is shallow, suitable only for yachts and small boats that make excursions to the beaches of Rhodes and the neighboring islands.

According to a tradition, rather inaccurate, once in place of the deer stood the Colossus.

At its entrance, on two tall columns of limestone, are the symbols of the island: a bronze deer and a bronze doe.

The ships sailed under his feet and the passage was closed in the evenings with a chain. There are also three windmills, which they have been there since the 15th century and ground the grain carried by merchant ships.
